Moorehead Manor by David McMullen-Sullivan

This book begins with your typical three teenagers and a creepy house. They soon find themselves trapped and in danger with the creep factor increasing with every step. This is a good little ghost story with all the right ingredients. The teenagers have recognisable characters, the ghosts are a mixture of vengeful and imprisoned, and the setting is nicely described. Sometimes the simplest ideas work best and this is one of them.
